Today is another day, we should all reach up to the sky (like; the birds soaring high, as the trees grow up with branches & the branches swaying back & forth from the breeze blowing through) to give our every praise, honor, and glory to the King of Kings. REJOICE!
We have so much to be grateful for.
Yet, we continue to complain.
Or
we take others for granted, what a shame really.
Our Heavenly Father, showers down around us,
His gifts of; love, mercy, grace & so much more,
but, yet, we waste the gifts that are given to us from Him.
Why?
Is it NOT good enough?
Do you really deserve His gift, that He continuously showers upon us all?
However, the answer is easy, No, we don’t out of self-centered desires, greed and pride as they take over within our hearts, minds, and lives to where its become one bad habit to break. God still forgives us & continues to shower those blessings upon us because He loves us so much. We are His children that He would do anything for out of His love for us unconditionally.
Thank you, O Lord!
Trust in the Lord with everything you have including your wants because, He puts your needs first and He knows what is best for us, better than we do ourselves. God gives us better things than we ever imagine.
Matter of fact, in
John 1: 50 says,
‘ Jesus said, “You believe because I told you
I saw you under the fig tree.
You will see greater things than that.”
Here’s a life event that I wanted to share with you all;
I walked into Walmart. Heading straight for the stationary section to look at birthday cards for my youngest niece, and my eyes caught a glimpse of these cute pair of pants I wanted (not needed, but wanted) the price was ridiculously high but, I said to myself I don’t care I wanted them!
I searched for my size and couldn't find it so, so I took the one I found close enough to it, and went to the dressing room to try them on hopeful they would fit. However, God had other plans for me as I stood there in front of the mirror in the dressing room pouting because, as cute as those pants were, God spoke to my disappointed heart saying,” Dear child, you don’t need them. Stop being selfish, and greedy, and put them back.” God had my best interest in my heart which I am grateful for.
My dear fellow Christian Brothers & Sisters, please remember that all that you have that you own from clothes, food, water, home, car, money, friends, family, and everything within this world…. are treasures of the King so, we must be grateful that our Heavenly Father is gracious enough to love us as His children every day & to provide for us to what we are in need of because everything belongs to Him & Him alone.
Today, my friends pray with gratitude within our hearts and minds, instead of self-centered, greedy & prideful & ways of the world that are NOT of God's World.
God, bless you in all you say and do, do it for His glory and NOT for yourself!
